Refunds & Payments
This policy covers paid event tickets and Rendezva Premium. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Platform fee
Rendezva does not add an extra checkout charge on top of the ticket. We keep 3% of the ticket, capped at ₹250. Example: a ₹100 ticket sends ₹3 to Rendezva and ₹97 to the organizer.
Attendee refunds
- If the organizer allows cancellation, you can request a refund until the organizer’s deadline (days before the event).
- Eligible refunds are 100% of the amount you paid.
- Refunds are not available after you check in, or after the deadline.
- Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method.
Organizer payouts
- Ticket money is collected by Rendezva’s payment account.
- Your organizer net becomes available 7 days after the event ends.
- You can cash out from Organizer Accounts once available balance is at least ₹500.
- Payouts are sent in INR via RazorpayX when bank details are on file.
Premium
Premium is ₹199 / month during a limited-time deal (usual price ₹299 / month), or ₹2,189 / year during the same deal (usual price ₹3,289 / year; 11 months billed, 1 month free). Premium fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if checkout fails.
