Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Rendezva (legal entity to be confirmed) for use of Rendezva. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Governing law: India.
The service
Rendezva lets people discover and host events, plan itineraries, post updates, and message other members. Features may change. Standard is free. Premium is optional and billed in Indian Rupees as described on Pricing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secret, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or harm others.
Content
You keep rights in content you post. You grant Rendezva a licence to host, display, and share that content as needed to run the service. You must have the right to post photos, videos, event details, and itineraries. We may remove content that violates policy.
Events, tickets, and waivers
Organizers are responsible for their events, including safety, permits, and any per-event waiver. A Rendezva waiver is an agreement between the organizer and the attendee, not Rendezva’s own terms. Ticket money is collected by Rendezva. Rendezva keeps a 3% platform fee capped at ₹250 per ticket. Organizer net becomes available after the event ends plus 7 days. Limits
To keep the community usable we apply usage limits (events, itineraries, groups, posts, messages, and stops). Current caps are published on Pricing and may be updated with notice in this policy version.
Disclaimers
Events are hosted by members, not by Rendezva. We do not guarantee that an event will take place as described. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Rendezva is not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown at sign-in via a new policy version. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.
